Debido a la crisis por el coronavirus, la escuadra del Leyton Orient de la League Two decidió organizar un torneo de FIFA 20 e invitó a otros clubes a participar.
A través de su cuenta oficial de Twitter, Leyton utilizó el hashtag #UltimateQuaranTeam para motivar a otros equipos de Inglaterra y de otros países a unirse a su campeonato virtual luego de que el pasado 13 de marzo los directivos del balompié inglés decidieron detener todas las competencias con la ilusión de poder reanudar las actividades el próximo 4 de abril.
«Claro, conectar cuatro es genial, pero tenemos una mejor idea. Necesitamos otros 63 equipos para participar en un torneo eliminatorio de FIFA 20. Para participar, todo lo que necesitamos es que el club retuitee este tuit. Tendremos un sorteo en vivo este martes», escribió el club.
